Lou founded RCI in January 1970 and was licensed in General Engineering and General Construction by the Nevada State Contractors Board in February 1979. He’s been married to his lovely wife, Vicki, for over 30 years. They have four children and are the proud grandparents of seven grandchildren.

He possesses experience in the structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings, bridges & tunnels, steel, and earth retaining structures. He’s provided consulting services for California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) and Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). He is registered engineer in CA, AZ and NV.
